After working with you all since 2003 when we purchased our first Saturn it is apparent that you stand out among other car dealerships as well as other businesses in general. Six years and nine Saturn vehicles later I wanted to express to you how pleased we have always been. No matter why we visit the Saturn of Savannah Dealership it is always a pleasure. I guess it would all start with the purchase of a Saturn - there was never a hassle and it was always a process made easy. I laugh sometimes when I think about our first car and how you really did take our picture, give the kids balloons and surround the car to thank us and send us away from the lot waving and clapping. The VanVleck's __________________________________________________________________________________________________ May 1, 2009 Mr. Bonorato, Several months ago I had a comparative ride and drive of the 2009 Saturn Vue with Bobby Hall of your dealership and duly impressed with the ride and handling of the vehicles as well as their features, fit, and finish. A couple of weeks ago our daughter visited us and needed a vehicle. Since she was looking for an SUV , I took her to your Saturn dealership in Savannah. She too was impressed with the vehicle for the same reasons. In as much as she lives in New Jersey she could have purchased the vehicle there. However, because of the personal accord and salesmanship of Mr. Hall, as well as the friendly demeanor of the other personnel of your dealership she insisted on buying the vehicle in Savannah. Having retired from General Motors after 40 years it is a sad day for those of us who devoted so much energy toward the success of the company and it's products. My responsibility allowed me to witness close at hand the day to day workings of the company and the product design and development. As a result, I had the opportunity to ride and drive both competitive products as well as our newly developed vehicles and I can honestly say that the Vue is among the best that GM has ever produced. My hope, as I am sure is yours', that both GM and Saturn survive the calamity that we are all now facing. It would be a disaster if this new Saturn brand were to perish in the aftermath of the current economic climate. of the way you do things around there and have already recommended to my in-laws that they should look into Saturn for their next car. I am also so glad you put us with Larry-what a great guy and such a professional. We felt so comfortable with him and felt his knowledge about Saturn vehicles really helped us make a well-informed decision. I know you get a lot of pressure to get 100% satisfaction ratings and I can assure you that we will mark "completely satisfied" on the entire form when we get it in the mail.
